IIT Kharagpur Recruitment 2020 – 88 Junior Technical Superintendent and Other Posts

Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT Kharagpur) has released the notification for the recruitment of Junior Technical Superintendent and Other Posts. Eligible candidates can apply before 24-02-2020.

(ii) Experience and knowledge in Computer applications, electronic instruments, repairing and maintenance and handling of sophisticated instruments in workshop/ Laboratory/ Industry.
Junior Executive Rs.35400 – 112400	22	Bachelor degree in any discipline with 3 years of relevant experience and knowledge of computer office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and exposure to Office procedure like maintenance of files, noting, drafting etc.
Junior Accounts Officer Rs.35400 – 112400	01	(i) Bachelor degree in Commerce or BBA (Finance) or MBA (Finance) with 3 years of relevant experience. (ii) Knowledge of computer office application of Accounting Software, Financial Accounting, Tally, MS Word, MS Excel etc and exposure to Office procedure like maintenance of files, noting, drafting etc.
Medical Laboratory Technician Rs.35400 – 112400	02	(i) Bachelor degree in Science from a recognized university/ institute and candidates should possess Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institute or Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology. OR (ii) Bachelor degree in Science from a recognized university/ institute. Candidates should possess Diploma in Radiography from a recognized institute. OR (iii) Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) of 3 years duration from a recognized University/ Institute. (vi) 3 years of relevant experience in Medical Laboratory and worked in reputed Hospital or Diagnostic Centre After completion of the course
Senior Library Information Assistant Rs.35400 – 112400	02	Bachelor degree in Library Science/ Library and Information Science or the equivalent of a recognized University/ Institute with 3 years of professional experience in a library or a Library under Central/ State/ Autonomous or Statutory Organizations/ PSU/ University or recognized Research or Educational Institution.
Physical Training Instructor Rs.35400 – 112400	05	Bachelor degree in Physical education with 3 years of relevant experience in Sports and Games/ Swimming/ Hockey/ Gymnasium/ Volleyball/ Badminton/ Weightlifting/ Tennis/ Table tennis/ Athletics and Square at University or State or National Level.
Junior Technician/ Junior Laboratory Assistant Rs.21700 – 69100	49	(i) Bachelor Degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent in the appropriate field. OR (ii) Diploma in Engineering of three years duration in the appropriate field.
Driver Grade-II Rs.21700 – 69100	01	(i) Secondary pass with driving license of both heavy and light-duty vehicles with 3 years of driving and maintenance experience. OR (ii) Secondary pass with ITI course (automobile or equivalent) in relevant field with driving license of both heavy and light-duty vehicles with 2 years relevant experience.

PSU Jobs – Public Sector Undertakings as career in India

Public Sector Undertakings or PSUs are basically companies owned by the Union Government of India or by one of the many state or territorial government. In certain cases, it is both.

What makes a PSU is that a majority of the stocks in the company need to be owned by the Government. The general classification for PSU is as Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) and State level Public Enterprises (SLPEs).

The progress of PSEs has been steady over the years. All the way back in 1951, there were just five Public Sector Undertakings in India. As of 1991, this number had increased all the way to 246.
