Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released the notification for the recruitment of Technical and Non-Technical Apprentices at its Locations in the States of Eastern India (West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand & Assam). Eligible candidates can apply before 04-12-2021.

Trade Apprentice-Retail Sales Associate (Skilled Certificate Holders)	Minimum 12th pass. Additionally, candidates should possess Skill Certificate of ‘Retail Trainee Associate’ for training of less than one year issued by an awarding body recognized under National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority recognized by the Central Govt.

Age Limit:- Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years

After successful registration, Candidates can apply online through the Official Link.
After successfully applying/ registration of the Online Application, the candidate must take a printout of the filled-in online application for future reference.

PSU Jobs – Public Sector Undertakings as career in India

Public Sector Undertakings or PSUs are basically companies owned by the Union Government of India or by one of the many state or territorial government. In certain cases, it is both.

What makes a PSU is that a majority of the stocks in the company need to be owned by the Government. The general classification for PSU is as Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) and State level Public Enterprises (SLPEs).

The progress of PSEs has been steady over the years. All the way back in 1951, there were just five Public Sector Undertakings in India. As of 1991, this number had increased all the way to 246.

Specifically speaking, the Central Public Sector Enterprises are companies that have Central Government direct holding of 51 per cent or more. These CPSEs are administered by the Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises.
