NIT Uttarakhand Recruitment 2019 – 11 Assistant Librarian and Various Posts

National Institute of Technology (NIT) Uttarakhand has released the notification for the recruitment of the posts of Assistant Librarian, Technical Assistant, Library and Information Assistant, Superintendent, Stenographer and Technician. Eligible candidates may apply online before 06-09-2019 (11:45 PM).

Assistant Librarian Rs. 56100/- (Level-10)	01	i) Masters Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science with at least 60% marks or an equivalent Professional degree or its equivalent with equivalent grade (6.5 in 10 point scale) or its equivalent grade-B in the UGC seven-point scale and a consistently good academic record with superior knowledge of computerized library service. ii) Qualifying in the national level test such as NET/ SLET/ SET conducted for the purposed by the UGC or any other agency approved by UGC.
Technical Assistant (Electrical Engineering) Rs. 35400/- (Level-6)	01	First-class or equivalent grade in BE/B.Tech./MCA in relevant subject from a recognized University/Institute. OR First-class Diploma in Engineering in relevant field with an excellent academic record. OR First-class Bachelors Degree in Science from a recognized University or Institute. OR Masters Degree in Science from a recognized University or Institute with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade.
Library and Information Assistant Rs. 35400/- (Level-6)	01	First Class Bachelors Degree in Science/Arts/Commerce from recognized University/Institute and Bachelors Degree in Library Science.
Superintendent Rs. 35400/- (Level-6)	01	i) First Class Bachelors Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University or Institute in any discipline. OR Masters Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade. ii) Knowledge of Computer applications viz. Word processing, Spread Sheet.
Stenographer Rs. 25500/- (Level-4)	01	Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board with minimum speed In shorthand 80 wpm in Stenography.
Technician (Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil) Rs. 21700/- (Level-3)	06	Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science from a Government recognized board with at least 60% marks. OR Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board with at least 60% marks and ITI Course of one year or higher duration in appropriate trade. OR Secondary (10th) with at least 60% marks and ITI Certificate of 2 years duration in appropriate trade. OR Diploma in Engineering of 3 years duration in relevant field from a recognized Polytechnic/Institute.

Notes:-

Incomplete application will not be accepted.
No TA will be paid for attending the selection process.
Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.
The Written Test/Trade Test/Personal Interview shall be conducted at NITUK–Satellite Campus, MNIT Jaipur.
Persons serving in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Bodies/PSUs/PSBs should submit No Objection Certificate at the time of Interview.
