Interview Tips

Most commonly asked Interview Questions

Interviews have been going on for decades now, and there happens to be very little in what has changed about them. It all comes down to basic communication and if you happen to anticipate it correctly, you are more than halfway through.

Common interview questions

  1. Tell me something about yourself: The age-old icebreaker, this question sets the tone for your interview. When you answer, try to connect the dots on your resume and elaborate your CV a little more.
  2. What are your biggest weaknesses: Pick out a weakness and transform it into what may be seen as absolute work ethics. Example: “my weakness is that I get super absorbed in work and lost track of time. When I love doing what I’m doing, nothing else matters to me.”
  3. What are your biggest strengths: Provide a sharp answer but nothing too hoity-toity. Don’t oversell yourself, just up-sell. Pick out your strength and back it up with personal example like, “I believe my strength is to solve problems as I once…”
  4. Why should we hire you: Use this question to highlight your USPs. Things that may have been missed out on during the course of your interview so far.
  5. Why do you want to join our company: Say things like, “the company has done really well in terms of offering value to people in the last couple of years. I see myself offering value to people too.”

In conclusion

These are some of the questions you may be often asked. Now that you know about them, we stand certain that you’d bag the job. Good luck!
