| Professor | 01 | (i) M.A in any branch of Humanities from a UGC recognised University/ Institute. (ii) An eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in Women’s Studies. (iii) Published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of publication in peer-reviewed journals. (iv) A minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in university/ college as Assistant or Associate Professor, and/or research experience at the equivalent level at the University/ National Level institutions with evidence of supervising research students. |
| Associate Professor | 02 | (i) M.A in any branch of Humanities from a UGC recognised University/ Institute. (ii) An eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in Women’s Studies. (iii) A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and/or research in an academic/research institution equivalent to the post of Assistant Professor and above with publications in peer-reviewed journals. |
| Assistant Professor | 04 | (i) B.A in any branch of Humanities (ii) M.A in any branch of Humanities from a UGC recognised University/ Institute. (iii) NET/SET/Ph.D. degree in Women Studies /allied discipline as per UGC norms. |
