OR (ii) Retired employees from the post of Associate Town Planner OR (iii) For persons working at the equivalent post in non-government/ private sector in government establishments:- (a) Post Graduate degree in town planning/ regional/ urban planning/ city planning/ country planning/ transport planning/ housing planning/ equivalent and 05 years working experience at the equivalent position. |
| Chief Engineer (Civil) | 05 | (i) Chief Engineer working at a fundamentally equivalent post in Central/ State Government or Central/ Bihar Government Undertakings or an Engineer with at least 05 years of work experience in the pay scale of a rank below. OR (ii) Retired employees from the post of Chief Engineer (Civil). |
