GPSC Recruitment 2020 – 10 Professor and Others

Goa Public Service Commission (GPSC) has released the notification for the recruitment of Professor and Others Posts. Eligible candidates can apply before 23-10-2020.

Assistant Professor in Neurology Rs. 15,600-39,100+6600	02	(i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956). Holders of qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in subsection (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956). (ii) Postgraduate degree or equivalent in the concerned super-speciality or equivalent. (iii) At least one year of teaching/ research experience in a recognized Medical College/ Teaching Institute after obtaining the qualifying degree of Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.)/Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.). (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.
Lecturer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology Rs. 15,600-39,100+6600	01	(i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956). Holders of qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in subsection (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956). (ii) Postgraduate degree or equivalent in the concerned super-speciality or equivalent. (iii) At least 3 years of teaching experience as Senior Resident/ Registrar/ Tutor/ Demonstrator in a Medical College/Teaching Institution. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.
Junior Consultant Rs. 15,600-39,100+5400	02	(i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956). Holders of qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in subsection (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956). (ii) Postgraduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in the speciality concerned. (iii) In the case of Diploma holders, Work in responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 2 years after post-graduation Diploma. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani.
Principal in Goa College of Music Rs. 37,400-67,000+10,000 + Special Allowance Rs. 2000	01	(i) Master’s Degree in concerned/allied/relevant discipline (s) from a recognized University with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed). (ii) Ph.D Degree in concerned/allied/relevant discipline (s) in the Institution concerned with evidence of published work and research guidance. (iii) Associate Professor/ Professor with a total experience of fifteen years of teaching/ research/ administration in Universities, Colleges and other Institutions of higher education. (iv) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS), set out in Tables I to IX of Appendix III to the University Grants Commission (minimum qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and other Measures for the Maintenance of standards in Higher Education) Regulations, 2010. (v) Knowledge of Konkani. (vi) Minimum fifteen years domicile in the State.
Civil Registrar-cum-Sub Registrar Rs.9,300 – 34,800 + 4,600	04	(i) Degree in Law of a recognized University in India or any other equivalent qualification thereof. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani.
