(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis (substantive post) or (ii) With three years of regular service in the pay band 2 with GP-Rs.4600 or equivalent or (iii) With 7 years of regular service in the pay band 2 with GP-Rs.4200 or equivalent or (iv) Possessing three years of experience of dealing with disciplinary/ vigilance cases in a responsible capacity. |
