BRO Recruitment 2019 – 778 Electrician, Mechanic and Various Vacancies

Border Roads Organisation (BRO) has invited the applications from Indian National Male for filling up the Driver Mechanical Transport, Electrician, Vehicle Mechanic and Multi-Skilled Worker posts in General Reserve Engineer Force. Eligible candidates may submit their applications before 14-07-2019 (for far-flung areas 29-07-2019).

Vehicle Mechanic Rs. 19900-44400/-	92	(i) Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent (ii) Possessing Certificate of Mechanic in Motor Vehicle/ Diesel/ Heat Engine (OR) Possessing a certificate of a mechanic in Internal Combustion Engine/ Tractor from Industrial Training Institute or equivalent (OR) Having passed the Defence Trade Certificate from an Army Institute, or similar establishment of Defence or having passed Vehicle Mechanic Class 2 Course
Multi Skilled Worker (Cook) Rs. 18000-39900/-	197	Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent

Age Limit:

Driver Mechanical Transport, Electrician and Vehicle Mechanic	18-27 years
Multi Skilled Worker	18-25 years
SC/ ST candidates	05 years
OBC candidates	03 years
PWD candidates	10 years
Jammu and Kashmir Migrant	05 years

Application Fee:

General/ EWS/ Ex-Servicemen and OBC candidates	Rs. 50/-
SC/ ST/ PWD candidates	No Fees

Eligible candidates have to pay an application fee in favour of Commandant, GREF Centre, Pune 411015, in Public Fund Account No. 11182905409 of State Bank of India, Khadki Branch Pune Code No. 01629.

How to Apply:-

Eligible candidates can send their duly filled application form along with copies of certificates for proof of residence, essential educational qualification, date of birth, caste certificate, proof of EWSs status etc. through Registered Post to Commandant GREF Centre, Dighi Camp, Pune- 411 015 before 14-07-2019 (for far-flung areas 29-07-2019).
Superscribe the envelope with the name of the post, category and weightage percentage in essential qualification.

Selection Procedure:- Physical Test, Practical Test, Written Test and Medical Examination

Notes:-

Female candidates need not apply.
Incomplete application will not be accepted.
Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India.
The numbers of vacancies may be increased/decreased.
Selected candidates will be on probation for the first 2 years.
