OR Master degree from a recognized University or equivalent in any subject Hindi or English with Hindi or English as a compulsory or elective subject of either of the two as a medium of examination and other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level. And recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa or two experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State government officials, including Government of India undertaking. |
| Stenographer Gr. III Level-4 (GP-2400) | 28 | 12th or equivalent examination from a recognized board/ university and for the skill test, prescribed dictation speed of 80 wpm duration of 10 minutes and transcription time 50 minutes on the computer. |
