West Bengal Municipal Service Commission has released the notification for the recruitment of Teacher (English/ Hindi/ Urdu) under Kolkata Municipal Corporation. Eligible candidates can apply before 15-04-2020 (Extended Date:- 30-06-2020).

Teacher (English) Pay level-6 of the pay matrix of ROPA 2019	149	(i) High secondary passed under the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or it is equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education duly approved by National Council for Teacher Education. Or (ii) Higher Secondary pass under the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or it is equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). or (iii) High secondary passed under the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or it is equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education). or (iv) Graduation and two years Diploma in Elementry Education by whatever name known. (v) In case of recruitment of teacher (English), a candidtaes should have English as the First language all along till Higher Secondary or its equivalent or Honours in English or M.A in English.
Teacher (Hindi) Pay level-6 of the pay matrix of ROPA 2019	19	(i) High secondary passed under the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or it is equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education duly approved by National Council for Teacher Education. Or (ii) Higher Secondary pass under the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or it is equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). or (iii) High secondary passed under the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or it is equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education). or (iv) Graduation and two years Diploma in Elementry Education by whatever name known.
Teacher (Urdu) Pay level-6 of the pay matrix of ROPA 2019	33	(i) High secondary passed under the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or it is equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education duly approved by National Council for Teacher Education. Or (ii) Higher Secondary pass under the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or it is equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). or (iii) High secondary passed under the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or it is equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education). or (iv) Graduation and two years Diploma in Elementry Education by whatever name known.

Age Limit:- 18 – 40 years

UR and OBC	Rs.150 plus processing charges Rs.50 plus Rs.20 bank charges
SC, ST and PH candidates	processing charges Rs.50 plus Rs.20 bank charges
