IOCL Recruitment 2021 – 480 Apprentice Posts

Indian Oil Corporation Limited Western Region has released the notification for the recruitment of Technical and Non-Technical Trade Apprentices at its Locations in the States of South India (Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana). Eligible candidates can apply before 28-08-2021 (05:00 P.M).

Trade Apprentice-Data Entry Operator (Fresher)Minimum 12th Pass (but below Graduate)
Trade Apprentice-Data Entry Operator (Skilled Certificate Holders)Minimum 12th Pass (but below Graduate). Additionally, candidates should possess a Skill Certificate of ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ for the training of less than one year issued by an awarding body recognized under the National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority recognized by the Central Government.
Trade Apprentice-Retail Sales Associate (Fresher)Minimum 12th Pass (but below Graduate)
Trade Apprentice-Retail Sales Associate (Skilled Certificate Holders)Minimum 12th Pass (but below Graduate). Additionally, candidates should possess a Skill Certificate of Retail Trainee Associate’ for the training of less than one year issued by an awarding body recognized under the National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority recognized by the Central Government.

Stipend:- Rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under the Apprentices Act, 1961/ 1973 / Apprentices Rules 1992 (as amended) and Corporation’s guidelines.

Age Limit:- 18 – 24 years

How to Apply:-

  • Candidates are required to register themselves as Apprentices on the NAPS and NATS portal.
  • Eligible candidates can apply online through the Official Link.
  • Candidates can take the printout of the application for future reference.


Selection Procedure:-
Written Test, Document Verification and Medical Exam

Notes:-

  • The number of vacancies may vary.
  • An incomplete application will be rejected.
  • Age relaxation will be given as per govt rules.
  • Canvassing in any form is liable to render the candidate ineligible.
  • Candidates qualified in the Written Test shall be called for verification of the original documents.
  • Written Tests will be conducted at Chennai, Cochin, Hyderabad, Vijaywada and Bangalore on 19-09-2021.
