Indian Army Recruitment Rally 2020 – Soldier Posts

Indian Army has released the recruitment rally notification for the recruitment of Soldier which will be held at Ajmer, Baran, Bundi, Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Jhalawar, Kota and Rajsamand districts from 17 Sep 2020 to 31 Mar 2021 (exact date, location and venue of the rally will be confirmed later as per COVID-19 pandemic situation). Online registration is mandatory and will be open from 18 Jul 2020 to 31 Aug 2020.

Soldier (General Duty)	17.5 – 21 years	(i) Class 10th/ Metric pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. (ii) For Boards following grading system, Min of D Grade (33-40) in individual subjects or grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate of C2 Grade.
Soldier Technical/ Soldier (Tech) Aviation/ Ammunition Examiner	17.5 – 23 years	10+2/ Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Math and English with Minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical/ Inventory Management	17.5 – 23 years	10+2/ Intermediate exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Math/ Accounts/ Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.
Soldier Tradesman 10th pass (Steward, Chefs, Washerman, Dresser, and Support Staff)	17.5 – 23 years	(i) Class 10th simple Pass. (ii) No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored a minimum of 33% in each subject.
Soldier Tradesman 8th pass (House Keeper and Mess Keeper)	17.5 – 23 years	(i) Class 8th simple Pass (for Syce, House Keeper and Mess Keeper). (ii) No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored a minimum of 33% in each subject.

Selection Procedure:- Physical Fitness Test, Physical Measurement Test, Medical Test, Written Test through Common Entrance Examination (CEE), Document Verification

Notes:-

Candidates are required to bring documents/ certificates in original with two attested photocopies with them to the rally site.
Selection process during recruitment at all stages is computerized and transparent.
Negative marking would be applicable in CEE.
