CEL Recruitment 2019 – 74 Manager, Officer and Other Posts

Central Electronics Limited (CEL), Uttar Pradesh has released the notification for the recruitment of the post of General Manager, Chief Manager, Officer, Accounts Officer, Management Trainee and Others. Eligible candidates may apply online from 10-06-2019 to 01-07-2019 (16:00 Hrs).

General Manager- HR Grade-E8	01	i) The candidate should be a graduate having minimum 55% marks and MBA/ PGDM/ PGP in Human Resource Management with minimum 55% marks. ii) Minimum 18 years of post qualification work experience in Human Resource Management.
Assistant General Manager/ Chief Manager (Design) Grade-E7/E6 (Group- Solar)	01	i) B.E/B.Tech in Electronics and Communication or Electrical Engineering with 55% marks from a recognised institute/ University. ii) Minimum 16 years of post qualification experience out of which 12 years must be in electrical designing/ estimation and testing/ certification of rooftop and ground-mounted solar power plants/ having exposure of large solar power plant. iii) Candidate with 14-year post qualification experience shall be eligible for CM (Power Plant Design).
Assistant General Manager/ Chief Manager (O & M) Grade-E7/E6	01	i) B.E in E&C/ Electrical with minimum 16 years of experience out of which 12 years must be in renewable energy operation and maintenance especially in solar photovoltaic. ii) Should have experience in installation and commissioning of rooftop and ground-mounted of large solar power plants/ Mini Grids etc. iii) Candidate with 14-year post qualification experience shall be eligible for CM (O&M).
Assistant General Manager/ Chief Manager (Marketing) Grade-E7 (Group- Solar)	01	i) B.E./B.Tech. degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks with MBA/ PG Diploma in Marketing with minimum 55% marks from a recognised Institute/ University. ii) Should have a minimum of 16 years of post-qualification experience in marketing, business development out of which at least 06 years experience in Solar Marketing. iii) Candidate with 14 years post qualification experience shall be eligible for CM (Marketing).
Chief Manager (QA-C) Grade-E6	01	i) B.E/ B.Tech degree in Electronics Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognised Institute/ University. ii) Should have minimum 14 Years post qualification experience out of which minimum 06 years shall be industrial work experience in Quality Control.
Chief Manager/ Senior Technical Manager- (SPV Production)  Grade-E6/E5	01	i) First class B.E./B.Tech. (Electronics/ Production Engg/ Mechanical degree from a recognized Institute/ University with a good academic record. ii) Should have 14 years post qualification work experience in the production area with minimum 02 years experience in running an Automated Production Line and should have handled Planning, of a production line. iii) Candidate with 12 years post qualification experience shall be eligible for STM (SPV Production).
Sr. Manager- New Product Development  Grade -E5	01	i) B.E./ B.Tech. Degree in Electrical/ Electronics and Communication/ Mechanical Engineering. ii) Should have a minimum of 10 years of post qualification experience in Product Design and Development in the area of Solar/ Renewable Energy.
Senior Technical Manager (O & M) Grade-E5	01	i) B.E in E&C/ Electrical with minimum 12 years of experience out of which 08 years must in renewable energy operation and maintenance especially in solar photovoltaic. ii) Should have experience in installation and commissioning of rooftop and ground-mounted of large solar power plants/ Mini Grids etc.
Manager (HR)  Grade-E4	01	i) Should be a Graduate with minimum 55% marks along with MBA/ PGP/ PGDM in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification. ii) Should have a minimum of 9 years of post qualification experience in HR/ IR functions.
Manager (Finance)  Grade-E4	01	The candidate should be a graduate in commerce and passed the final examination of CA/ICWA with 9 years post qualification experience in preparation and finalization of profit and loss accounts and balance sheet, interaction with statutory auditors, internal auditors, CAG and other Govt. agencies.
Manager (Vigilance) Grade-E4	01	i) The candidate should be Graduate, preferably with a degree in Law, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations a recognized University/ Institute. ii) Should have 9 years of post-qualification experience in Establishment and Vigilance matters including departmental/ disciplinary proceedings.
Manager (Defence Marketing) Grade-E4	01	i) The candidate should have B.E./B.Tech degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks. ii) Should have a minimum of 9 years of post qualification experience in Marketing, Production solution to Indian Defence Forces.
Marketing Manager  Grade-E4	02	i) B.E/B.Tech degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ PV Technology Engineering with minimum 55% marks. ii) Should have a minimum of 9 years post qualification experience in the field of Marketing out of which at least 1-year in Solar/ Renewable Marketing.
Project Manager (Project Execution/ O&M) Grade-E4	01	i) B.E./ B.Tech. degree with a minimum of 55% marks in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. ii) Should have a minimum of 9 years of post qualification experience in implementing projects, out of which minimum 06 years experience in project execution and management.
Assistant Technical Manager (Microwave) Grade-E3	01	i) B.E/B.Tech. degree in Electronics/ Electronics and Communication/ Electronics and Telecommunication Engg. with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University. ii) Should have a minimum of 06 years of post qualification experience in design and development of RF and Microwave components/ Systems.
Manager-Mechanical Design Grade-E4 (Group- Solar)	01	i) B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with 55% marks from a recognised institute/ University. ii) Should have minimum 09 years of post qualification experience out of which 03 years must be in designing and testing/ certification of various mechanical components constituting a solar power plant.

Manager (Projects) Grade-E4 (Group-Security Surveillance)	01	i) B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics/ Electrical/ Telecommunication/ Computers/ IT Engineering with 55% marks. ii) Should have a minimum of 09 years of post qualification in project management for managing projects of Security/ telecom and IT systems for big clients.
Manager (Commercial) Grade-E4	02	i) The candidate should have CA/ ICWA from a recognised institute/ University. ii) Should have a minimum of 09 years of post qualification relevant experience finance, commercial and taxation.
Manager (Marketing) Grade-E4 (Group- Solar)	01	i) B.E./B.Tech. degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks. ii) Should have a minimum of 09 years of postqualification experience in marketing, business development, out of which at least 02 years experience in Solar Marketing.
Manager (Marketing) Grade-E4 (Group- Security Surveillance)	01	i) The candidate should have B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics/ Electrical/ Telecommunication/ Computers/ IT Engineering with 55% marks. ii) Should have minimum 09 years of post qualification experience in marketing of Security Surveillance Systems, Smart city solutions and IT/ Networking solution.
Manager (Projects) Grade-E4	02	i) B.E./ B.Tech. degree with minimum 55% marks from a recognised Institute/ University. ii) Should have a minimum of 09 years of post-qualification experience in Project Management with excellent client facing and internal written and verbal communication skills.
Assistant Technical Manager (Production)  Grade-E3	01	i) B.E./ B.Tech. Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognised university. ii) Should have 06 years post qualification experience out of which 02 years of production experience in Solar PV Manufacturing Industry.
Assistant Technical Manager (Maintenance)  Grade-E3	01	i) B.E./ B.Tech. Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognised university. ii) Should have 06 years post qualification experience in Maintenance of Utilities and machinery for Production.
Assistant Manager PPC Grade-E3 (Group- Solar)	01	i) B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication or Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with 55% marks from a recognised institute/ University. ii) Should have minimum 06 years of post qualification experience out of which 03 years must be in material procurement planning and control in the area of solar/ renewable energy.
Assistant Manager (Site)/ Deputy Engineer (Site)/ Site Co-ordinators Grade-E3/E2 (Group- Solar)	19	i) B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication or Electrical Engineering with 55% marks from a recognised institute/ University. ii) Should have minimum 06 years of post qualification experience out of which 02 years must in Project Management of renewable energy and power projects. iii) Candidate with a minimum of 02 years post qualification experience shall be eligible for the post of Deputy Engineer/ Site Coordinators.
Assistant Manager (Mechanical)  Grade-E3	01	i) B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with 55% marks from a recognised institute/ University. ii) Should have a minimum of 06 years of post qualification experience in designing and testing/ certification of various mechanical components constituting a solar power plant.
Assistant Manager (Marketing) Grade-E3 (Group- Solar)	02	i) B.E./B.Tech. degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks. ii) Should have a minimum of 06 years of post-qualification experience in marketing, business development, out of which at least 01 years experience in Solar Marketing.
Officer (HR and ERP)  Grade-E2	01	i) The candidate should be a Graduate with minimum 55% marks along with MBA/ PGP/ PGDM in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management from a recognized Institute/ University. ii) Should have a minimum of 02 years of post qualification experience in handling of HRMS and HR Modules related to Recruitment, Establishment, Leave Management.
Accounts Officer Grade-E2	02	i) The candidate should be a graduate in commerce and passed the final examination of CA/ICWA with 02 years post qualification experience in preparation of MIS, periodical profit and loss accounts and balance sheet, interaction with statutory auditors of CAG and other Govt. agencies. ii) Working experience in ERP System is essential.
Management Trainee (Finance)	02	The candidate should be Graduate, preferably in commerce and passed the final examination of CA/ICWA from a recognized University/ Institute.
Deputy Engineer Mechanical- QC (IGI)  Grade-E2	01	i) B.E/ B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University. ii) Should have a minimum of 02 years of post qualification experience in Quality control.
Deputy Engineer Mechanical- QC (IPI)  Grade-E2	01	i) B.E/ B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University. ii) Should have a minimum of 02 years of post qualification experience in Quality control.
Deputy Engineer (Mechanical) Grade-E2	01	i) B.E/ B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/University. ii) Should have a minimum of 02 years of post qualification experience in design mechanical based hardware and systems.
Deputy Engineer (IT) Grade-E2	01	i) B.E/ B.Tech. degree in Computer Science Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University. ii) Should have a minimum of 02 years of post qualification experience in design and development of software.
Deputy Engineer (Ceramics)  Grade-E2	02	i) B.E/ B.Tech. degree in Metallurgical/ Material Science Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University. ii) Should have a minimum of 02 years of post qualification experience and sound knowledge of ceramics/ metallurgical processes.
Deputy Engineer (IT)  Grade-E2 (Group- Solar)	01	i) B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ IT with 55% marks from a recognised institute/ University. ii) Should have a minimum of 02 years of post qualification experience in IT/ Networking, development/ implementation of SCADA hardware/ software.
Deputy Engineer (Design) Grade-E2 (Group- Security Surveillance)	01	i) B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics/ Electrical/ Telecommunication/ Computers/ IT Engineering with 55% marks. ii) Should have a minimum of 02 years of post qualification in design and engineering for security surveillance systems, and smart cities.
Deputy Engineer (Projects)  Grade-E2 (Group- Security Surveillance)	02	i) B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics/ Electrical/ Telecommunication/ Computers/ IT Engineering with 55% marks. ii) Should have a minimum of 02 years of post qualification in working on a project related to Security Surveillance systems and smart cities.
Marketing Officer Grade-E2 (Group- Solar)	02	i) B.E./B.Tech. degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronic Engineering with minimum 55% marks. ii) Should have a minimum of 04 years of postqualification experience in marketing, business development in Solar.
Marketing Officer Grade-E2 (Group- Security Surveillance)	02	i) B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics/ Electrical/ Telecommunication/ Computers/ IT Engineering with 55% marks. ii) Should have a minimum of 02 years of post qualification experience in marketing of Security Surveillance Systems, Smart city.
Marketing Officer Grade-E2	01	i) The candidate should have an MBA degree in Marketing and Finance with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognised Institute/ University. ii) Should have a minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant area with good communication skills. iii) The candidate should be proficient in the use of Computers. Knowledge of ERP systems is essential.
